Cycle time went up and down unpredictably, incident load stayed high, and teams lacked a clear way to connect tooling decisions to delivery outcomes.

uFawkes exists to solve that gap with open-source, implementation-ready stacks. Instead of long platform programs, the goal is to make practical building blocks available in minutes: observability defaults, DORA-oriented metrics, and composable delivery paths that teams can run and evolve quickly.

Where this is going: a tighter loop between telemetry, delivery performance, and developer enablement. That means clearer guidance on what to improve next, more reliable golden paths, and a platform baseline that helps teams ship AI-enabled products without sacrificing stability.

The founding story behind uFawkes, the delivery problem it solves, and where the platform engineering roadmap is headed.
